Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Consumer Guarantees & Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law
All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Delivery is free to your nominated collection depot (being one of the depots from the list of depots available).
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team by calling 1300 94 33 77 immediately (and in any event not later than 30 days after delivery. The customer service representative will request you email through photos of the damage as well as proof of purchase.

The supplier will also confirm whether the components or full product need to be returned to the collection depot, for return to the supplier. Any costs to return the damaged items to the collection depot are your responsibility. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
If the product is deemed to be faulty and you request a refund over replacement, the goods must be returned to the collection depot who will return the product to the supplier. Any costs to return the product to the collection depot are your responsibility. Once the supplier has received the damaged goods, a refund can then be actioned. You will receive notification of the refund via email and then it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be processed and returned.
